Unable to Open the Map File - CC5

I finally got my laptop and installed CC5 plus its patch, and went to play a game. When I try and load a battle, I get the message:

Unable to open the C/Progra~1/SSI/CloseC~1/Maps/.btd

I have Vista Home Premium, AMD 64 Athlon X2 Dual Core tk-53 Processor, 1Gb Memory, and an ATI Raedeon Xpress 1500 256MgB Hyper Memory Video Card...

Nevermind it is operational. For those with future problems, try re-installing and downloading the CC Starter Utility, disabling DirectX, and put the program into Win Compatibility mode....
