Is there a link with all the modding tools avail? sprite editor, gadget munger etc.. (I'll be embarrassed if they are here at CSO because I haven't checked quite yet...)

This site once upon a time had a large collection of CC3 mods but after the last year's hacker attack or whatever it was the downloads section has never recovered.

Any chance to find CC3 mods somewhere (maybe from someone's private collection?) or are they gone forever?
