SBUFKLE TEMPLATES

In this section you will see all 17 graphics included in the Sbufkle CCIMages Template file & an explanation on what they are used for. Its important to note not all 28 CCImages are included in these templates. The 'INDIVIDUAL GRAPHICS' page shows all the images & you will see comments why I don't include some of these in my template package.

There are a few things you need to know about my templates.

  1. There are two formats. PNG & PSD. I know not all graphics editors open PNGs as multilayered, that's why I made a PSD copy. The PNG copy is better IMHO, because I have included drop shadows & other features, it optimally used in Fireworks or an editor that has Fireworks plugins for drop shadows, bevels ect.

  2. The font on all text has been changed to ariel by default. The REAL templates I use are other fonts, but they are downloaded fonts, not default Window fonts. since its a template anyhow, users can pick & choose the fonts they want to use.

  3. Understand for many of these screens you will have to change corresponding images found in the Gadget0 file. These graphics overlay on top of these & depending on what screen in particular, must be changed accordingly.

  4. By changing font style, size & adding other little things to the template, its key to test them 'in game'. The other overlaying graphics may obscure some of the things you do to the templates. Just by changing the fonts to ariel moved a few of these a bit that might need tweaking!

  5. I added flags to the backgrounds of some areas. (Like battle & op debrief) I find this adds something to the screen.
